Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms govern the conditions for using the digital content store operated by the seller (the "Service") between the seller and every customer who uses the Service (a "User").

By using the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

A User applies for registration by the method prescribed by the seller, and registration is completed when the seller approves it.

The seller may decline registration if the registration information is false or if the applicant has previously violated these Terms.

Article 3 (Account management)

The User shall manage their account and password appropriately at their own responsibility.

The seller is not liable for damages arising from inadequate management of the account.

Article 4 (Purchases and payment)

The User purchases products by the prescribed procedure after confirming the price and details shown on each product page.

A sales contract is formed when payment for the User's order is completed.

Article 5 (License of digital content)

The seller grants the purchasing User a non-exclusive right to use the content within the scope of private use.

The User shall not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly transmit the content without the seller's prior permission.

Article 6 (Returns and refunds)

Returns and refunds of digital content are governed by the separately established Refund Policy.

Article 7 (Prohibited acts)

The User shall not engage in acts that violate laws or public order, infringe the rights of the seller or third parties, interfere with the operation of the Service, gain unauthorized access, or similar acts.

Article 8 (Suspension of the Service)

The seller may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice in case of system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The seller does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects.

Except in cases of the seller's intent or gross negligence, the seller is not liable for damages incurred by the User arising from the Service.

Article 10 (Changes to the Terms)

The seller may change these Terms when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this site.

Article 11 (Handling of personal information)

The seller handles personal information obtained through the use of the Service appropriately in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the seller's location as the court of first instance.
